How to Create an Ad Manager Account and Configure Billing
Meta’s Ad Manager is a tool that allows you to create and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and the Audience Network. Your school will run ads through this Ad Manager account that only assigned users will have access to.
Creating Ad Manager Account
- Go to Business settings.
- Click Accounts from the left side menu. Then, click Ad accounts
- Click the blue Add dropdown button
- Select Create a new ad account.
- Create a Unique Ad account ID, and then click Add ad account.
Configure Billing
- Go to your payment settings in Ads Manager once the account has been created.
- Select the ad account you created in the top right drop-down (your personal account may be selected by default).
- Select See more ad accounts if account does not appear.
- In the Payment Methods section, click Add payment method.
- Input the necessary billing information on the pop-up form and save.
