Set up your Microsoft Advertising account and give Pepperland access
Create or confirm your company’s advertising account, complete setup, and give Pepperland Marketing access.
Before you begin
Choose someone at your company who can administer the account and coordinate billing. Have your registered business details, company contact information, and payment information ready.
Pepperland recommends that your company own its advertising account and pay Microsoft directly. Each person should use their own login. Never share passwords, verification codes, or payment card details with Pepperland.
The person accepting Pepperland’s access request will need Super Admin permissions in Microsoft Advertising.
1. Check for an existing account
Ask your marketing or IT administrator before creating an account. Sign in to Microsoft Advertising and check whether your company already has an advertising account.
If an account already exists, use it rather than creating a duplicate. Its administrator can complete the remaining steps.
2. Create the account
-
Open Microsoft Advertising and begin signup using your intended work login.
-
Enter your company’s legal business name, website, location, and contact information.
-
Review the terms before accepting.
-
When offered campaign creation or import options, select Create an account only.
-
Complete the remaining account setup prompts and check your billing settings carefully.
See Microsoft’s account setup guide for details.
Review the account currency before confirming it. Microsoft does not allow you to change an account’s currency after setup.
Leave campaign creation, Google Ads imports, and launch to Pepperland after the account handoff and budget approval.
3. Confirm business details and verification
Select the correct advertising account, then open Settings > Account settings to review your company’s information.
Check Settings > Account verifications for any required advertiser identity verification. Follow the account’s instructions and deadlines, using business information that matches your supporting documents. Submit sensitive verification documents directly through Microsoft’s verification process.
See Microsoft’s advertiser verification guide and verification status guide for additional information.
Pepperland recommends keeping another trusted colleague as a Super Admin so your company is not dependent on one person for access.
4. Complete billing
The billing owner should select the correct advertising account, open Billing > Payment methods, and add the company’s payment information directly. Confirm any existing monthly invoicing arrangement instead of replacing it.
See Microsoft’s billing setup guide.
For spending approval, payment options, and promotional credits, also review Approve your Microsoft Advertising budget and check billing.
5. Give Pepperland access
Share your advertising account number
Open the account selector in the upper-left corner and locate the number beside your company’s advertising account. Send the account name and number to your Pepperland account lead at support@pepperlandmarketing.com.
Advertising account numbers contain eight letters and numbers. Manager account numbers contain 10. Unless your account lead requests otherwise, send the number for the individual advertising account Pepperland will manage. Pepperland will then send a linking request.
